Orange Blossom Spa  pledges to create an environment of superior Customer Care
through the following:

Merchandise Requests:  At Orange Blossom Spa, we appreciate the opportunity to
bring your favorite Resort Spa experiences home to you.  Please never hesitate to let us
know of a new Spa Resort, Treatment or Product that you have enjoyed.    It would be our
privilege to enhance our Virtual Spa to meet your individual needs.  Please understand that
it remains our mission to only represent Spa Products offered in the highest caliber of Spa
Resorts and we will limit our product offerings only to those maintaining this high level of
excellence.

Payments:  Orange Blossom Spa accepts Mastercard, Visa and Diner's Club cards
through our Secured site.  Please understand that e-mail notifications from Orange Blossom
Spa do not constitute a sale and are non-binding.  Both payment and shipping verification
will be completed prior to the charging and shipping of merchandise.  Orange Blossom Spa
reserves the right to refuse service or limit service/merchandise quantities to any customer.

Shipping:  Orange Blossom Spa will process orders Monday through Friday and shipping
for in-stock merchandise will occur within 48 hours of receipt of the order, pending
verifications and completion of sale.  This timeframe excludes holidays and weekends.  
Shipping is performed by UPS Ground
FREE OF CHARGE on all orders of $50.00 or more
within the continental United States.  Orders of less than $50.00 will be charged a flat
shipping fee of $5.95 per order.  If you would like to request 2 Day Expedited Shipping
through UPS, please select this option at time of checkout.  If your request can be
accommodated, the shipping charge will be $24.95, regardless of dollar amount of order.  
Please note that Antica Farmacista can only be shipped via ground.  In the event your
request can not be accommodated, you will no be charged expedited shipping costs.

Availability:  Please note that in the event an item is on backorder, we will ship the
available items in the timeframes noted above.  Backordered items will be shipped free of
charge upon receipt.

Returns:  It is our true intent to see that you enjoy and benefit from all products offered at
Orange Blossom Spa.   Returns of unopened merchandise in original packaging,
accompanied by all included marketing materials and product samples will be accepted for
store credit or refund, minus original shipping charges.  This includes packages shipped for
free.  You will be charged the actual cost of shipment.  Your return must be received within
14 days of original receipt and return shipping is at customer's expense.  Refunds will be
issued within 48 hours of the return.  In the event of damaged merchandise, return shipping
will be at our expense and we will immediately exchange your merchandise upon receipt of
the original product; just notify us of damages within 48 hours of your receipt.
